How Important Is Nutrition?
Nutrition is the key to any body composition changes. Fat loss is 80% nutrition and 20% workout. If you’ve been working out and not seeing the results you want, it’s likely a nutrition problem.
What Type of Results Can I expect?
We have clients who lost between 10 to 20 pounds of "FAT" following our programs. You will start to build your stamina, be stronger, healthier and happier. Feel more energetic through out the day and feel confident that you have developed the lifestyle you have wanted. The results will depend on your comitment. The more focused and comitted you are the better results you will get.
What will the workouts consist of ?
Most of our clients are busy women and men, running multiple businesses. They do not have time to waste. So we will make sure that every minute you will be spending in the gym will be productive and geared towards your fitness goals. We don't entertain our clients, we train them!
